How We Began
A little over 2 years ago, my mom left a voicemail for me on my cellphone that was particularly sweet. I found myself saving that message over and over (I finally had it converted to a CD) because I wanted to keep it forever. It was during this time I realized that I didn't have any other audio or video of my mom, dad, husband...all the people that I love dearly.
What started out as a thought to capture my loved ones on video blossomed into the idea of having them tell their story to me in the form of an interview. More creative ideas were born and I started adding pictures, music, special effects which in the end, created a movie about each person's life.
And so, MyLifeMyStory was created.
The surprise in this endeavor is how very interesting we all are and that not only do we all have a story to tell, there are many people we love and that love us who want to hear those stories in our own words.
After much research, many conversations and a lot of 'interviews' to get me started, MyLifeMyStory has blossomed. I have a passion for getting to know people and I am truly interested in what you have to say. This provides a winning combination for all.
I feel unending gratitude to the many people who continue to inspire, support and provide valuable feedback to me. Most especially, I'd like to thank my husband of 21 years, Larry, who without his continued patience, software guidance and unflappable encouragement, I would have never been able to launch this dream.
